SHIPPING POLICY

Our orders are sent second class tracked via royal mail for customers within the UK, and international tracked for those who are ordering from over seas. We aim to have all orders sent within 5 working days of your order being placed although typically they are sent 1-2 days after. 

if you have an order with us which is missed and re-delivery has also been missed your parcel may be returned back to us. In this case you will have to repurchase shipment in order for us to re-send your parcel. The same applies for wrong shipping details provided at checkout.

If you are ordering a made to order item this will usually mean we do not have these made and ready to ship. please allow up to two weeks for these orders to be made and dispatched.
